RENTAL PRICE

£380-£420 per week (15:00 hrs Saturday to 10:00am the following  Saturday), a non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required. This is for the cottage, and in addition to the facilities outlined, includes all utilities, bed linen & towels. We will be pleased to discuss your requirements for extra days, weekends etc.  Number of persons must be specified and agreed at time of booking and cannot be changed without prior arrangement.

BOOKING:- DEPOSIT can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or electronically through PayPal on The AVAILABILITY Page.  A receipt will be sent and booking confirmed once a deposit has been paid.

BALANCE of rental costs can also be paid cash, electronically via credit card, bank transfer or Paypal, or simply pay by cheque on arrival.   (payable to N.W Stubbs)

GARDEN FURNITURE AND BARBECUE -Please clean the barbecue after use and put away all furniture etc., after use.

CLEANING - In common with the majority of holiday homes, we ask our guests to leave the cottage, furniture and effects clean and tidy, and all equipment put away.

BREAKAGES - If you break anything, please let us know, all breakages and damages must be paid for.  We appreciate that accidents do happen!

ACCESS STATEMENT - Due to the age and layout of the cottage, we are unable to offer wheelchair access. Please also be informed that the staircase is original and narrow in places, a handrail is fitted.
